Caitlin Morgan is a sports lawyer who has represented sports clients for the past ten years. Her clients have included college sports conferences, pro sports teams, investors, sports data and innovation companies, and major sports apparel brands. The scope of her work ranges from negotiating complex financing, media, sponsorship, and talent agreements to representing sports entities in litigation and arbitration. Caitlin also has extensive NIL knowledge, having worked on NIL agreements, advised on current NCAA rules and various state NIL laws, and participated in NIL litigation. 

Caitlin has built a career working at the intersection of media, sports and entertainment. She uses her expertise to provide flexible general counsel support and advice to sports clients. She leverages her extensive NIL experience to advise and counsel universities, athletes, and their families as they navigate the ever-changing NIL landscape.

Caitlin has been recognized as a leader by her peers as a Texas Super Lawyers “Texas Rising Star” since 2014. She has also been on the board of Dallas Influencers in Sports and Entertainment (DISE) since 2019, and is currently serving as Board President. Caitlin is originally from New York, where she graduated magna cum laude from Albany Law School.
